We are excited to announce an opportunity for Family Medicine Faculty Physicians to become part of our dedicated team in Janesville, Wisconsin!
Compensation: $285,000 - $350,000

- Adult critical care
- Neonatal intensive care
- Neurosurgery

As a core faculty member in our 21-resident program, you will:
- Educate and mentor the next generation of physicians, tailoring your role to align with your strengths and interests.
- Precept residents by teaching and guiding them in both clinical and hospital settings (50% of your time).
- Engage in clinical practice at our residency clinic (30% of your time).
- Dedicate time to program administration and curriculum development (20% of your time).
- Participate in comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care, including procedural care, nursing home visits, and women's health.
- Benefit from established medical student education opportunities.
- Utilize EPIC EMR and access a wide range of multi-specialty referral sources.
- A well-established, unopposed community-based program with over 30 years of accreditation.
- A graduate retention rate of 40%.

We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A genuine passion for teaching residents and medical students in both didactic and clinical settings.
- Previous faculty experience in an accredited residency or fellowship program is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in a relevant field.
- MD/DO board certified or board eligible.
- Exceptional patient care skills.
- Strong communication abilities and a collaborative spirit.
