Overview

Dental Hygienist

We are a thriving multi-specialty periodontal practice in search of a dedicated and empathetic Dental Hygienist to become part of our team. This position emphasizes periodontal care, and we are looking for an individual who is eager to make a significant difference in the oral and overall health of our patients. Our Hygienists enjoy a considerable degree of independence, focusing primarily on hygiene and periodontal treatments.

Schedule: 3-5 days per week, with flexibility and no evening or weekend shifts!

Travel between our LaGrange and Berwyn locations is required.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct periodontal maintenance, scaling, and root planing.
  • Educate patients about oral hygiene and periodontal health.
  • Assist the dentist during examinations as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with doctors to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Help formulate and communicate treatment plans.
  • Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and all relevant regulatory standards.
  • Maintain precise and detailed patient records.
  • Foster a positive team atmosphere and enhance the patient experience.
Qualifications

Requirements

  • Current Dental Hygiene license in the state of practice.
