As a Registered Nurse in this position, you will collaborate with a remarkable Interdisciplinary Care Team, employing clinical pathways and patient education to ensure favorable patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Work alongside the healthcare team to create and assess personalized care plans.
- Engage in continuous education through certifications and advanced practice.
- Exhibit leadership qualities and act as a clinical resource and role model.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and interdisciplinary teams.
- Enhance time management skills to boost team performance.
- Perform tasks aligned with unit-specific goals.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical-Surgical setting.
- Experience in Level II or I Trauma settings is required.
- Travel experience is preferred.
- Verification of Michigan RN license is mandatory.
- BLS (AHA) certification is required.
- Availability for every other weekend is necessary.
