We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Orthopedic Surgeon to become part of our expanding orthopedic team. This role offers a unique chance to play a vital role in a newly established and rapidly evolving orthopedic practice, providing comprehensive orthopedic care while allowing you the freedom to customize your practice according to your interests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a full range of general orthopedic services, including fracture management, sports injuries, joint disorders, arthroscopy, and elective surgeries.
  • Commit to achieving excellent patient outcomes in a collaborative, patient-focused setting.
  • Utilize strong institutional support, dedicated operating room access, and extensive Advanced Practice Provider coverage to make an immediate impact and foster long-term growth.

Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree
  • ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible status required
  • Eligibility to obtain medical licenses in Iowa and Illinois
  • Comprehensive clinical and surgical expertise in general orthopedics
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Open to both recent graduates and experienced surgeons
Compensation & Benefits
  • Guaranteed salary for two years: $739,410, with production incentives starting at 10,650 wRVUs
  • Transition to a straight production model in year three
  • Potential to earn over $1 million annually
  • Recruitment incentive of $100,000
  • Relocation assistance up to $15,000
  • Generous time off: 4 weeks of PTO, 1 week for CME, and 6 paid holidays
