We are seeking a passionate dental hygienist who enjoys fostering and nurturing positive relationships with patients to become a part of our team!
Our group of dental hygienists carries out a range of preventative dental treatments while also educating patients about maintaining oral hygiene. From routine cleanings to providing guidance on oral health, you will play a crucial role in assisting our patients in achieving and sustaining their brightest smiles. Beyond technical responsibilities, the dental hygienist will be vital in instructing patients on effective oral hygiene practices and advising them on the significance of nutrition in relation to oral health.
Teamwork is essential to us, so you will collaborate closely with the dentist(s) in your office to ensure optimal care for your patients. Additionally, we have a dedicated support team for dental hygiene, offering coaching and mentorship to our hygienists.

Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities
- Deliver oral hygiene services, including thorough and gentle prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polishing restorations, and applying cavity-preventative agents like fluorides and sealants.
- Accurately document and review patient dental histories, update periodontal health records, log treatments provided, and manage patient records securely in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist the dentist as directed.
- Administer local anesthetics, if permitted by the dental practice act.
- You have Control Over Your Schedule. As a dental hygienist here, you will collaborate with the front office staff to optimize your appointment scheduling. We want you to have ample time with each patient without feeling rushed. Additionally, you will work alongside the dentist(s) and support staff to establish a strong recall program.

Qualifications
- A degree or certificate in dental hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
- CPR/BLS Certification.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to interact professionally with patients and staff.
- Willingness to travel between locations is preferred.
