You will work closely with a committed team of therapists, case managers, clinical liaisons, the unit director, and an IRF-PAI coordinator, all dedicated to your success and the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Position Overview:Lead the medical operations of the Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU).
Focus exclusively on inpatient care.
Commit to a minimum of 20 hours weekly to fulfill Medicare and regulatory standards for ARU functionality.
Hours may encompass both clinical duties and administrative responsibilities.

Participate in on-call duties from 7 AM to 7 PM, one weekend each month.
Must have completed a formal residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, along with at least a one-year rehabilitation fellowship or equivalent training/experience, which includes a one-year hospital internship and a minimum of two years managing inpatient rehabilitation as part of a collaborative medical team.
