About the Opportunity

We are enhancing our Emergency Medicine services in Oklahoma and are on the lookout for Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians for both full-time and part-time roles. This is a distinctive opportunity to work in a high-volume, state-of-the-art emergency department that offers both clinical and academic pathways, all while reaping substantial financial benefits and potential for partnership.

Position Highlights:

• $300/hour base plus productivity incentives for full clinical shifts
• 60,000 annual ED visits
• Level III Trauma Center with helipad access
• 36-bed Emergency Department (including 5 trauma bays) within a 40,000 sq. ft. facility
• 44 hours of physician coverage daily with resident and APP support
• 11-hour shifts for consistent scheduling
• Faculty Track Options: Ultrasound Faculty opportunity with stipend OR a blended core faculty + clinical track
• Ultrasound or core faculty will receive productivity pay along with a stipend for academic/non-clinical duties
• Flexible scheduling models to accommodate lifestyle preferences
• Company-owned housing available for block shifts
