Project Development Manager

Position: Project Development Manager (Construction) Location: Los Angeles, CA Client: LAUSD We are seeking an experienced Project Development Manager to lead school construction and modernization projects from planning through pre-construction. The role involves managing project schedules, budgets, design teams, consultants, and contractors while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. 10+ years of experience managing construction or capital projects. Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Experience with school or public sector construction projects. Knowledge of LEED, BIM, CEQA, or sustainable building standards. Certifications such as PE, CCM, or LEED AP are a plus.
