Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care while managing a reduced leadership caseload
• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring excellence in patient experience and outcomes
• Mentor, coach, and develop both clinicians and support staff

• Manage clinic financial performance, staffing, scheduling, and operational objectives

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Active Physical Therapist license in North Carolina (or ability to obtain)
• Preferred experience in leadership, mentoring, clinical instruction, or supervisory roles
• Passion for team development, excellence in patient care, and clinic growth
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred

About Compensation

Compensation: $92,500–$110,000, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match.
