Inpatient Child/Adolescent Psychiatry - Behavioral Medicine Center
Job Description
Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to become a part of our dedicated team within the Department of Psychiatry. We are specifically seeking an inpatient psychiatrist for the Behavioral Medicine Center (BMC), with the potential for afternoon outpatient responsibilities at the Behavioral Health Institute (BHI) and/or in intensive outpatient programs for children and adolescents. This role will also encompass teaching and supervisory duties within the child and adolescent fellowship program. Additionally, there are opportunities to participate in a longitudinal teaching clinic for fellows and/or collaborate in an integrated clinic alongside pediatrics.

Compensation and Benefits
The starting base salary for this position ranges from $240,000 to $321,000, depending on experience and faculty rank. This figure represents the base compensation only and does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives, which are determined by departmental compensation plans. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
