\n*_Requirements:_*\n
\n
\n* *Licensed attorney with five years of experience*\n
\n* *No misconduct and in good standing with the State Bar*\n
\n* Act ethically at all times and exhibit professionalism while zealously defending clients\n
\n* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and challenging environment.\n
\n* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\n
\n* Ability to remain professional while dealing with a wide variety of personalities.\n
\n* Excellent knowledge of computers and software, including MS Word, MS Excel, PDF Editing Software, Practice Management Software.\n
\n* Prior experience working collaboratively with others to develop and implement action plans.\n
\n* Ability to think critically about each potential case, identifying strengths/weaknesses as well as causes of action and potential themes.\n
\n* Ability to handle cases independently from intake to trial'\n
\n
