Job Opportunity: Chief of Oral Health

Our organization is seeking a full-time oral and maxillofacial surgeon to take on the role of Chief of Oral Health within the Department of Surgery's Division of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

This role encompasses active participation in a comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgery practice, along with administrative responsibilities for both OMFS and Dentistry. Key duties include:

• Overseeing clinical practices and administrative functions
• Providing didactic and clinical training for residents
• Engaging in outreach and philanthropic initiatives
• Collaborating with community organizations
• Supporting and promoting clinically-focused research

Additionally, there are endowments available to support academic endeavors. The Division also manages a general practice residency and an oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess a DDS or DMD degree and hold board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Credentials and experience should align with the qualifications for an academic appointment at the Associate Professor or Professor level.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, which includes:

• Starting salary ranging from $159,000 to $985,945
• Compensation based on academic rank and experience
