Join Our Team: We are seeking a dedicated professional to become part of a dynamic group consisting of 2 physicians and 5 Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNPs).

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient-focused role
• Thriving practice with a high patient volume
• Minimal on-call responsibilities—phone consultations only

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage diabetes care, including Type I and II diabetes
• Implement pump and sensor therapy
• Provide diabetes education and medical nutrition therapy
• Conduct pump initiations and offer comprehensive endocrinology services
• Support weight loss initiatives
• Engage in teaching opportunities for Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents, as well as ARNP/PA students and medical students

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary of $286,989 per year
• Bonus package of $100,000
• Relocation assistance up to $15,000
• Benefits commence on the first day of employment
• Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $6,000

Qualifications:

Applicants must be graduates of an accredited medical or osteopathic medical school and have completed a relevant residency program. Candidates should be board certified or board eligible and must be able to secure medical staff privileges at our facility. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential. A valid Iowa physician license, Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate, and Federal DEA Certificate are required.
