GRC ManagerLocation: UK Wide (Hybrid)Salary: £60,000 - £85,000 + BenefitsWe're working with a leading global technology and consulting organisation that delivers innovative cyber security and digital transformation solutions across both public and private sector clients.Due to continued growth within their Cyber Security practice, they are looking for a Cyber Information Assurance Manager to join their team.The RoleAs a Cyber Information Assurance Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering security assurance services across a range of large-scale programmes and client engagements. You'll act as a subject matter expert, providing strategic advice on cyber security risks, compliance requirements, and security governance frameworks.You'll work closely with stakeholders across technical and business teams, helping organisations strengthen their security posture through practical and risk-based approaches to information assurance.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, assess, and advise on cyber security risks using recognised risk management methodologies.Conduct security assurance reviews against industry standards and compliance frameworks.Produce assurance reports and security evidence for key stakeholders.Undertake Privacy Impact Assessments and support assurance lifecycle activities.Develop, implement, and maintain cyber security policies, processes, and controls.Assess the effectiveness of security controls and recommend improvements.Evaluate security incidents and perform trend analysis to identify emerging risks.Deliver security awareness initiatives and provide guidance on regulatory and statutory requirements.Manage the delivery of security assurance services across projects and programmes.Collaborate with technical teams to embed security best practices throughout the project lifecycle.What We're Looking ForExperience working within Information Assurance, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), or Cyber Security Consultancy roles.Strong understanding of information security standards and frameworks, including ISO standards and security management systems.Experience conducting security risk assessments and compliance reviews.Familiarity with cloud technologies, including at least one major cloud platform such as AWS or Azure.Knowledge of threat and vulnerability management practices.Experience assessing security control design and effectiveness.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience delivering cyber security projects or assurance services within complex environments.Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices is desirable.Desirable ExperienceManaging security assurance activities across large-scale programmes.Drafting and implementing cyber security policies and procedures.Developing trusted relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Monitoring industry trends and assessing the risks associated with emerging technologies.Providing strategic cyber security advice to clients and project teams.What's on OfferCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.Exposure to a variety of cyber security projects across multiple industries.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.The chance to work alongside highly experienced cyber security professionals within a collaborative environment.Career progression opportunities within a growing cyber practice.If you're passionate about helping organisations manage cyber security risk and want to play a key role in delivering impactful information assurance services, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
