Freelance Building Surveyor Hospital Condition Surveys Location: West YorkshireRate: £300£350 per day (Umbrella) + MileageContract: Freelance (Inside IR35)Duration: 6 WeeksStart Date: 17th August 2026A leading property consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Building Surveyor to support a programme of condition surveys across two hospital sites in West Yorkshire .This is an excellent opportunity for surveyors with a strong background in condition surveys who are confident carrying out detailed inspections and capturing asset data using AssetiCom .The RoleWorking across two acute hospital sites, you will undertake comprehensive building condition surveys, assessing the condition of building fabric and recording findings directly into AssetiCom . Accuracy, attention to detail and previous experience using the software are highly desirable.Responsibilities Carry out detailed condition surveys across two hospital sitesAssess the condition of building fabric and associated elementsRecord survey information accurately using AssetiComProduce clear and consistent survey data in line with project requirementsLiaise with the project team to ensure surveys are completed within programme timescalesRequirements Previous experience carrying out building condition surveysDegree qualified in Building Surveying or a related disciplineExperience using AssetiCom is highly desirableGood understanding of building pathology and constructionStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyFull UK driving licence and access to a vehiclePackage £300£350 per day (Umbrella)Mileage paid in addition to the day rateInside IR35 contract6-week programmeStart date: 17th August 2026Opportunity to work on a live healthcare estate programme with an established consultancyImmediate interviews availableTPBN1_UKTJ
