Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this position, therefore candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future should not apply.The RoleYou will be involved in the delivery of projects across a diverse range of sectors, providing both Quantity Surveying and Employer's Agent services.Responsibilities will include:Cost planning and estimatingProcurement and tender managementContract administrationInterim valuations and final accountsEmployer's Agent dutiesContract and commercial adviceClient and stakeholder managementSite inspections and project handoversSupporting business development initiativesAbout YouDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similarConsultancy or client-side experience preferredStrong understanding of procurement routes and forms of contractExperience delivering projects both pre and post-contractExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsDriven, proactive and commercially awareFull UK driving licenceWhat's On Offer??
