Fixed-Term Secondment until 15 th January 2027The roleSouthern Housing is now looking for a talented individual to join us as an Operational Support Advisor in our Customer Transactions department on a secondment basis until the 15th January 2027.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen on leading and delivering a high-quality support service and a successful and compliant service for the Operations Directorate. Our ideal candidate will be a great communicator with strong analytical skills as well as the ability to collaborate with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.Reporting to the Operational Support Team Manager, you will provide a customer-focused responsive service by maximising early resolution of issues, ensuring a more succinct and positive customer experience.
