With expertise spanning energy transition, venture funding, and private credit, it delivers tailored financial solutions for investors and businesses.This role sits ahead of a significant two-year transformation programme as the business is looking to move into Financial Services Cloud and Sales Cloud. You lead Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, releases, and deployment governance while driving QA, automated testing, version control, and continuous improvement across change and release management processes.Skills:Own and evolve the DevOps environment.Act as the primary change gate for the platform.Support the wider architecture function while remaining hands-on.Lead the implementation and maturation of DevOps practices.Work extensively across Salesforce technologies, particularly Apex and Lightning.This is an excellent opportunity to work for a firm that manages billions of pounds in assets and has built a strong reputation for supporting sustainable development, innovation, and essential infrastructure across the UK.
