Apply Today for our Recruitment Team to review.DUTIESYour duties as the Head of Facilities include:Lead Facilities Strategy: Develop and implement a facilities management strategy aligned with business goalsEnsure Compliance: Maintain compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and ISO standardsOversee Maintenance Operations: Manage the upkeep of buildings, infrastructure and site facilitiesManage Contractors: Coordinate and control approved contractors and service providersDeliver Capital Projects: Lead major projects and capital development programmesBudget Management: Prepare and manage operating budgets and CAPEX plansEmergency Response Leadership: Manage and coordinate emergency facilities responsesStakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior management and key departmentsPerformance Monitoring: Track KPIs, contractor SLAs and statutory maintenance complianceReporting and Documentation: Produce reports and maintain accurate compliance recordsCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSESSENTIALProven experience in facilities management, estates management or property maintenanceStrong knowledge of health and safety, environmental and building regulationsExperience managing large, complex estates and maintenance operationsLeadership and team management experience within a facilities or operations environmentExperience managing budgets, resources and contractor performanceStrong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skillsAbility to lead under pressure and manage emergency situations effectivelyExperience with risk assessments, method statements and compliance documentationDESIRABLEFacilities Management qualification or technical qualification, such as HNC or aboveMembership of a recognised professional body such as IOSH or IWFMProject or programme management qualification, such as PRINCE2 or APMExperience working within CDM regulationsEvidence of continued professional developmentBENEFITS4.5 day working weekEmployee discount at local businessesPerks through local sports club partnersOn-site parkingHOW TO APPLYTo be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
