Duties may include supporting pupils 1:1, assisting small groups and helping children develop socially, emotionally and academically. For this position you will need to either have transferable experience, e.g. school/care background, or a teaching assistant qualification.What You'll Need to SucceedTeaching Assistant/Childcare qualification or care experienceExperience working with children in an educational or childcare settingPositive, proactive and supportive approachStrong communication skillsAbility to use your own initiativeA genuine passion for helping children learn and succeedWe believe attitude is just as important as experience.
