CBW is currently looking for an Electrical Day Shift Engineer to be based in a Healthcare environment in Lewisham. The successful candidate will be Electrically biased (NVQ, C&G, 18th Edition, etc.) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance to the following. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £48,900 for further training and career progression.Duties & Responsibilities:Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballasts, Control panel, Power distribution)Emergency lightingAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Chillers - Re-setWater Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)Monitor the mechanical plantPlumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsWater TreatmentBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.Hours of work4 on 4 off - Days Only7 am - 7 pmPackageUp to £48,90022-day shift holidayOvertime availableCompany pensionSeason Ticket LoanPotential to be put through HV trainingRequirementsLevel 3 in Electrical Installations (C&G, NVQ etc)18th EditionA proven track record in Building MaintenanceGood Communication Skills.Multi-Skilled - Mechanical / Electrical.Knowledge of UPS / Generators / Power Distribution / HVAC / HV LV (Desirable)Good Leadership & Management skillsIf you are interested, please email your CV to Archie Reed of CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out!TPBN1_UKTJ
