They enable advisers to remain independent while providing the infrastructure, operational support, and regulatory backing needed to run successful advice businesses.As part of their continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to support the day-to-day running of the business. This newly created role will work closely with senior leadership and departmental managers to ensure operations run efficiently, processes remain aligned across the business, and teams continue to deliver an excellent service to advisers and their clients.Key Responsibilities:Act as the operational link between the Directors and Team Leaders.Oversee the day-to-day operational running of the business.Ensure communication and collaboration across multiple departments.Monitor and improve operational efficiency.Support Team Leaders with business processes and operational challenges.Ensure company procedures are followed consistently across the business.Identify opportunities to improve workflows and business performance.Work closely with senior management to support continued business growth.Help ensure departments remain aligned with company objectives.What We're Looking For:Proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar operational leadership role.Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.Experience managing and improving business processes.Confident working with senior stakeholders and departmental managers.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced, growing business.A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on making operations run smoothly.Financial Services experience would be advantageous but is not essential.Strong administration and operational management experience is considered more important than industry background.Desirable Skills:Previous experience within Financial Services.Experience using Intelligent Office (IO).Comfortable learning and working with bespoke business systems.Experience supporting multiple teams within a growing organisation.Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify efficiencies.Calm, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.How to Apply:Interested?
