Job Title: Sewer Rehabilitation ManagerLocation: Mountsorrel, Leicestershire, with travel across the UK as requiredSalary: £70,000 to £80,000 per annum depending on experienceJob type: Full-time, Permanent, 45 hours per week, Monday to FridayClosing date: 7th August 2026About us:Danaher & Walsh is a long-established, growing civil engineering contractor operating across the Midlands. Pipeline Solutions is our specialist sewer rehabilitation division, and this role offers an ambitious candidate the chance to build on an established client base and drive the continued growth of the business.Please note that this company does not offer sponsorship and therefore candidates must have the legal right to live and work in the UK to be considered for this role.Key Responsibilities:Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Always delivering strong customer service on-siteManagement and development of the Pipeline Solutions teamTargeting and sourcing new business opportunities across the regionResearch and identifying the latest technologies in sewer rehabilitation, staying up to date with industry innovations and emerging methodsEvaluating and recommending equipment upgrades and technological advancements to improve operational efficiency and service deliveryIdentifying and assessing investment opportunities in new technologies and solutions to ensure Pipeline Solutions remains at the forefront of the sewer rehabilitation sectorAttending site visits to evaluate works requested by clientsProducing accurate quotations promptly in accordance with agreed costingsProactively following up on quotations to secure businessUpselling to existing clients, maintaining relationships and understanding future needsManaging your own diary and administration effectivelyTravelling to various locations across the region as requiredAttending sales and networking events to promote Pipeline SolutionsProactively marketing services through advertising campaigns and platforms such as LinkedInOperating and assisting with cutting units and reinstatement worksWorking across lining, patching and rehabilitation teamsCarrying out and reviewing site-specific risk assessmentsQuality assurance of site deliverablesEnsuring all works are completed in line with method statements and H&S proceduresEnsuring teams maintain tools, plant and PPE to a high standardAbout you:Experience & Qualifications:Background in the service industry, ideally drainage/waste management, construction or multi-utility (essential)Excellent work ethic with the ability and willingness to go above and beyondDesire to succeed in a niche but highly rewarding marketGood all-round knowledge of CIPP lining and patch repair worksKnowledge of all curing systems and installation methods covering all pipeline rehabilitationKnowledge of ancillary equipment including CCTV and robotic cutting equipmentAbility to work as part of a team and get involved with the installation team when requiredKnowledge of working safely within confined spacesNRSWA (Streetworks) qualificationConfined Space TrainingEUSR Water Hygiene / SHEACSCS CardCCTV or jetting experienceTraffic management knowledgeUK Driving Licence (required)Right to work in the United Kingdom (required)What we offer:Competitive salary, dependent on experienceCompany pension schemeDeath in service benefit25 days holiday plus bank holidaysFully expensed company car or cash equivalent allowanceGroup-wide bonus schemeFriendly and supportive working environmentOngoing training and professional developmentClear opportunities for career progression within the Danaher and Walsh GroupIf you believe you will thrive in our team, and you are a team player yourself, please apply today!Equal OpportunitiesWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
