Benefits & Pensions Manager - EMEAWe're partnering with a highly respected Financial Services organisation to appoint a Benefits & Pensions Manager with responsibility for the EMEA region.This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing HR team where you'll have the autonomy to shape and deliver benefits and pensions programmes across multiple jurisdictions. You'll be the regional subject matter expert, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while working within a complex, matrix-led environment.This isn't a role for someone who needs a playbook. If you're someone who spots opportunities, solves problems before they arise and enjoys operating as a trusted adviser in a fast-paced international environment, we'd love to hear from you.The OpportunityAs Benefits & Pensions Manager, you'll lead the administration, governance and ongoing development of benefits and pension arrangements across EMEA.
