This role ensures that all work is performed safely, professionally, and in line with service level agreements (SLAs). As a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer, you will:Attend commercial customer sites across the region to diagnose, repair and maintain refrigeration and air conditioning systemsDeliver high-quality technical support while building strong relationships with customersComplete planned and reactive maintenance across a range of equipment including VRV/VRF systems, chillers and refrigeration systemsProvide accurate reports and recommendations following site visitsWork safely and professionally while maintaining excellent service standardWe are looking for:F-Gas Category 1 qualification (or equivalent)Previous experience working on commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systemsKnowledge of VRV/VRF systems, chillers and refrigeration equipmentStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsFull UK driving licenceThe Airedale Group is expanding rapidly, employing circa 700 people across multiple locations in the UK.
