Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to become an integral part of their friendly and professional team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every visit is handled professionally, efficiently and with the highest level of care.The Role Working closely with the Workshop Controller and technician team, you'll be responsible for managing the customer journey from booking vehicles into the workshop through to handover, ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the repair process.You'll help coordinate workshop bookings, communicate repair requirements, prepare estimates and invoices, and ensure the workshop operates as efficiently as possible by maintaining excellent communication between customers and technicians.Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly first impression.Book vehicles into the workshop and accurately record customer concerns.Liaise with customers throughout the repair process, providing regular updates.Prepare repair estimates and explain recommended work clearly and professionally.Raise job cards and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.Coordinate workshop bookings to maximise efficiency.Work closely with the Workshop Controller and technicians to monitor job progress.Prepare invoices and process customer payments.Promote additional products and services where appropriate.Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey.About You We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and has previous experience within an automotive service environment.You'll ideally have:Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.A professional and positive attitude.Good administrative and IT skills.Experience using workshop management systems.The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.A full UK Driving Licence would be advantageous.What's on Offer? £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary depending on experience.Monthly performance bonus.Monday to Saturday working with one weekday off every week.Stable, full-time permanent position.Friendly, family-owned business with an excellent reputation.Modern, well-equipped working environment.Supportive management team.Long-term career opportunity with a growing business.Lunch provided for the team during the working week.Breakfast provided every Saturday for the whole team.Why Join?
