We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team on an exciting project at RM Condor, Arbroath . This role will involve carrying out a variety of general maintenance and site tasks to support the removal and installation of ski slopes as part of an ongoing programme of works.This is an excellent opportunity for a practical, multi-skilled individual who enjoys varied work and takes pride in delivering high-quality results within a busy construction environment.Key Responsibilities Carrying out a range of general handyman and maintenance duties across the site.Assisting with the removal of existing ski slope structures.Supporting the installation of new ski slope systems.Completing minor repairs, adjustments, and finishing tasks as required.Using hand and power tools safely and effectively.Assisting the wider site team to ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard.Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.Following all site health and safety procedures at all times.Working Hours & Pay Monday to Friday: 07:30 17:00Weekend work availableWeekend rate paid at Time +Requirements Previous experience in a Handyman or general maintenance role within the construction industry.Competent in using a variety of hand and power tools.Ability to carry out a range of practical maintenance and repair tasks.A strong work ethic with a reliable and positive attitude.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.CSCS Card is advantageous but not essential.Previous MOD/Base Security Clearance is beneficial but not essential.What We Offer Immediate start availableOpportunity for a contract extension beyond the initial 3-month period.Consistent working hours with optional weekend overtime.A supportive team environment on a well-managed project.To Apply: Call James on 02380981600 Or Click ApplyTPBN1_UKTJ
