The businesses deliver roofing, cladding, facades and wider construction schemes across multiple sectors, offering genuine variety and exposure to different project types.This role suits a proactive health and safety professional who enjoys influencing best practice, shaping standards and working closely with senior leadership, site teams and clients. Youll play a key part in strengthening safety performance and driving continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio of projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead health, safety and compliance strategy across roofing, cladding and construction operationsCarry out site inspections, audits and compliance reviews across multiple companiesMonitor performance and identify improvement opportunitiesInvestigate incidents, near misses and non-conformances, implementing corrective actionsDevelop and review policies, procedures and risk management systems Provide guidance to managers, site teams and subcontractorsDeliver training, toolbox talks and safety awareness initiativesEnsure compliance with legislation, industry standards and client requirementsProduce reports, analyse trends and present recommendationsSupport the development of a positive, proactive safety cultureAbout You EssentialExperience as a Health and Safety Manager, SHEQ Manager, HSQE Manager or similarStrong knowledge of UK health and safety legislationExperience conducting audits, inspections and investigationsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to influence teams at all levelsStrong organisational and reporting skillsFull UK driving licenceProficient in Microsoft OfficeExperience within roofing, cladding, facades or wider construction sectorsWhats on OfferUp to £70,000 salary Performance-related bonus Company vehicle Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to join a successful and expanding group of companies Autonomy to influence safety standards and business performance Long-term progression within a growing organisationIf youre passionate about creating safer working environments and want a role where your expertise genuinely shapes operations and culture, wed love to hear from you.
