This is not a role for someone looking tomaintainthe status quo. We are looking for a proven leader who thrives on challenge, embracesaccountabilityand has successfully led high-quality domiciliary care services throughgrowth,developmentand change. The successful candidate will build on our strong foundations,drivingsustainable growth,developinga high performing team and maintaining excellent quality outcomes.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide visible, values-driven leadership to the Southampton Home Care service.Drive sustainable service growth through business development and community engagement.Take ownership of service performance against quality,staffingand growthobjectives.Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguardingrequirementsand quality standards.Lead,developand inspire care and office-based teams.Lead through challenge and change, implementing service improvements.Participate in the on-callrota.Provide governance oversight to ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, risk management and continuous service improvement.ABOUT YOUExperienced Registered Manager with a strong domiciliary care background.Proven record of delivering high-quality services and positive regulatory outcomes.Experience growing services and improving operational performance.Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding.Commercially aware, resilient andsolutions-focused.Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and SocialCare, orworking towards it.Full UK drivinglicenceand access to a vehicle.A ROLE FOR AN EXPERIENCED LEADERThis role offers a genuine opportunity to make a lasting impact.
