Reach Truck Driver

Our client, based in Theale, is seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative with MHE experience to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.Working within the Operations and Logistics team, you will play a key role in the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring high levels of accuracy and safety at all times.MHE experience is essential.In-house licences and training may be considered for suitable candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely receive and process incoming goods.Check deliveries for accuracy, quality, and completeness.Accurately record and process goods using the company's warehouse management systems.Operate a Flexi Forklift Truck safely and effectively.Maintain accurate stock records, both electronically and manually.Load and unload vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.Carry out accurate order picking and preparation for dispatch.Ensure warehouse facilities and handling equipment are maintained to a safe standard.Support the Warehouse Supervisor and Operations/Logistics Manager with additional duties as required.Essential Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience working in a busy warehouse environment (2 years preferred)MHE experienceBasic IT and computer skillsReliable, committed, and capable of working effectively within a team.Desirable Skills & QualificationsFlexi or Bendi Forklift Truck experience.Full UK driving licence.Fire Marshal training.What's on OfferSalary up to £29,500 per annum, dependent on experience.Generous company bonus scheme following successful completion of probation.Paid overtime opportunities.Genuine career progression and development opportunities.Auto-enrolment pension scheme.22 days annual leave plus bank holidays.Additional holiday entitlement for long service.Perkbox employee discounts and benefits scheme.Team events and one paid charity volunteering day per year.Complimentary breakfast and beverages provided.Salary: Up to £29,500 per annum (dependent on experience)Location: ThealeJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimeWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (paid overtime available)TPBN1_UKTJ
