Production Operator

We are seeking a Production Operator / Small Scale Compounding Operator for our client based in Ashford. The role involves working rotating shifts and preparing small-scale product batches.Shifts: Rotating: 06:45 - 14:15 & 14:00 - 21:15 (Mon - Fri)Key Responsibilities:Measure and mix raw materials accurately.Operate compounding equipment.Ensure cleanliness and safety in the work area to prevent contamination.Perform quality checks and maintain production records.Stock replenishments.Packing and dispatching of all samples to customers.Completing company paperworkData entry of orders to inhouse softwareRequirements:Production experience preferred.Strong attention to detail.Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.Good working knowledge of SAP preferredProven literacy and numeracy skillsIT ProficientTeam Building SkillsIf you receive suspicious outreach claiming to be from us, please contact us via the ManpowerGroup website.TPBN1_UKTJ
