About the Role We are seeking an Accountant with proven general practice experience to join our team. Based primarily at our Wynyard office, you will also attend our Redcar office twice a week, providing vital accounting support across both locations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a practice environment and enjoys building strong client and team relationships.Key Responsibilities: Preparation of year-end accounts for a diverse client portfolioPreparation and review of VAT returns, management accounts, and tax computationsAssisting clients with queries, providing clear and practical adviceSupporting the wider finance team with compliance and reporting requirementsContributing to process improvements and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial mattersBuilding and maintaining positive working relationships with clients and colleagues across both officesRequirements: Newly ACCA qualified, recently qualified, or fully qualified (ACA/ACCA), or qualified by experienceSolid background working within a general practice accountancy environment (essential)Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulationsExcellent communication and client management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work between Wynyard and Redcar offices as requiredWhat We Offer: Competitive salary up to £45,000 depending on experienceOpportunity to work with a supportive and professional teamCareer development and progression opportunitiesModern office environment and flexible working arrangementsTPBN1_UKTJ
