With your practical expertise, you'll take pride in tackling repairs, whether it's fixing plumbing, ensuring fire doors and lighting are working, or handling other maintenance tasks. You'll respond swiftly to challenges, working closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure safety and comfort. This includes checking water temperatures, testing electrical equipment and handling plumbing repairs.
