\nOur client is seeking a Membership & Insurance Services Representative to join their growing team. This role is focused on delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the member journey, ensuring the accurate processing of membership and insurance-related administration, and maintaining high-quality records and service standards.
\nWorking as part of a collaborative team, you will help achieve service level agreements (SLAs) and operational targets while supporting the organisation's continued growth and strategic objectives.

\nReporting to: Membership & Insurance Services Manager
\nKey Responsibilities

- Accurately process membership documentation, data and information within agreed SLAs and procedures. \n
- Provide professional, responsive customer service to members and prospective members. \n
- Promote the organisation's products and services to existing and potential members. \n
- Liaise with insurance brokers and underwriters regarding member claims. \n
- Identify operational issues and contribute to effective solutions. \n
- Ensure service standards and performance targets are consistently achieved. \n
- Participate in business improvement initiatives and development projects. \n
- Effectively manage your own workload, priorities and time. \n
- Maintain compliance with company policies, including GDPR, confidentiality, health & safety and data protection requirements. \n
- Build positive relationships with members, external partners and key stakeholders. \n
- Support the organisation at events, exhibitions and industry shows when required. \n
- Undertake additional duties that contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the organisation. \n
Skills & Experience
\nEssential
\n- \n
- Minimum of two years' experience in a customer service role. \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \n
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills. \n
- Knowledge of customer service principles and database systems. \n
- High level of accuracy with exceptional attention to detail. \n
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. \n
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. \n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. \n
- Confident using databases and office management systems. \n
- Self-motivated, methodical, proactive and able to use initiative. \n
