Wyre Forest £13.88 per hour PAYE + Holiday Pay Temporary Contract \| 20 July 20 October 2026 37 hours per weekLynx Employment Services are recruiting an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a busy team maintaining parks, green spaces and public areas across the Wyre Forest district.If you enjoy working outdoors and have experience using grounds maintenance equipment, we'd like to hear from you.## The RoleWorking as part of the Grounds Maintenance team, you'll help maintain parks, open spaces, sports pitches and landscaped areas to a high standard.Your duties will include:Grass cutting using pedestrian and ride-on mowersStrimming and edgingHedge cutting and pruningWeeding and plantingLitter picking and emptying binsAssisting with sports pitch markingCarrying out site inspectionsCompleting daily vehicle, machinery and equipment safety checksRecording completed work using manual or electronic systemsWorking safely in line with Health & Safety procedures## Working Hours37 hours per week Monday to Friday 7:00am 3:00pm Occasional weekend working may be required ## What We're Looking ForEssential:Previous grounds maintenance, landscaping or horticultural experience Experience using strimmers and pedestrian mowers Full UK Driving Licence Good understanding of Health & Safety Physically fit and happy working outdoors in all weather Reliable with a positive attitude and able to work well within a team Desirable:Experience operating ride-on mowers NVQ in Amenity Horticulture or a similar land-based qualification ## What You'll Receive£13.88 per hour PAYE plus holiday pay Full-time hours Immediate start available Opportunity to work with an experienced local authority team Weekly pay through Lynx Employment Services Apply today by sending your CV to Lynx Employment Services.TPBN1_UKTJ
