Van Driver (Cat B) Raunds, NorthamptonshireCommutable from Northampton, Kettering and WellingboroughSalary £12.71 per hour PAYE / £14.25 per hour PAYE Advanced (first 8 hours)£14.00 per hour PAYE / £15.69 per hour PAYE Advanced (after 8 hours)Working Hours Monday to Saturday5 shifts from 6 days on a rotating basis05:45 start timeMinimum 8-hour shiftsLonger days available during busy periodsThe RoleAs a Van Driver, you will be responsible for delivering home appliances directly to customers' homes, ensuring a professional and positive customer experience throughout each delivery.Duties Include: Driving a 3.5T vehicle on planned delivery routesDelivering white goods and household appliances to residential customersAssisting with appliance installation (full training provided if offered a permanent position)Completing between 10 and 25 deliveries per dayProviding excellent customer service at every delivery pointUsing lifting and handling equipment safely and effectivelyWorking independently or as part of a two-person delivery teamWhat We're Looking For : Full UK Category B driving licencePrevious van driving experienceNo more than 6 penalty pointsNo major motoring offencesPhysically fit and comfortable with manual handlingStrong customer service and communication skillsProfessional, reliable and presentable approachWhy Join Driver Hire?
