You will be responsible for coordinating care packages, planning and managing staff rotas, maintaining excellent communication with clients and carers, and ensuring that every service user receives safe, reliable and high-quality care.Working closely with the Registered Manager and wider office team, you will help ensure the branch operates efficiently while maintaining full compliance with CQC standards and company policies.Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule care visits using electronic rostering systems.Produce and manage efficient staff rotas, ensuring continuity of care and adequate staffing levels.Match care workers to service users based on skills, experience, location and individual needs.Liaise with service users, families, healthcare professionals, local authorities and other stakeholders.Respond promptly to changes in care requirements, emergencies and staff shortages.Support the recruitment, induction and ongoing supervision of care staff.Monitor service delivery and resolve operational issues professionally and efficiently.Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota.Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation.Support compliance with CQC regulations, company policies and safeguarding requirements.Conduct spot checks, care reviews, competency observations and quality assurance visits where required.About You To be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience as a Care Coordinator, Senior Care Coordinator, Field Care Supervisor, Senior Care Worker or similar role within domiciliary care.Excellent organisational and planning skills.The ability to prioritise workloads and remain calm under pressure.Outstanding communication and customer service skills.Strong IT skills with experience using electronic care management or rostering systems (such as OneTouch, CM2000, Access Care Planning or similar).A good understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding and person-centred care.A proactive and flexible approach to work.What We Offer Competitive salary.Company pension scheme.Generous annual leave entitlement.Comprehensive induction and ongoing training.Career development and progression opportunities.Supportive and friendly working environment.The opportunity to join a growing organisation committed to delivering outstanding care.Safeguarding Goldsmith Personnel Ltd is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults.
