Sanctuary is the UKs largest Housing Association, providing 125,000 homes they pride themselves on providing sustainable communities that provide a good quality and a safe place where individual potentials can be reached regardless of background and circumstances.Sanctuary holds people at the heart of everything they do making this an incredibly rewarding place to work.They currently have a large scale technology transformation is happening across the organisation both internally and externally!This is a great opportunity to join the bright minds of Sanctuary as they create meaningful change within technology.Role Intro:We are searching for an experienced Project Manager to coordinate, monitor and ensure cost effective and efficient delivery of projects across the Group, supporting Technology improvements and efficiencies for the benefit of all customersReporting to the Lead Technology Project Manager, You will oversee and manage projects throughout the project lifecycle through the effective control and utilisation of resources (including budgets), to ensure the achievement of the objectives in line with the Technology strategy and business plan.Responsibilities listed:Work with Technology support teams and business users to manage and deliver Technology improvement projects that effectively resolve identified business issues or provides new business solutions to support Technology users.Support the delivery of solutions that meet customer needs, working with internal and external stakeholders to project manage the implementation of service and product improvements that meet the current and future needs of Technology customers and liaising effectively with suppliers as necessary.Assist with the delivery of new and integration of existing Technology systems/applications, including effective appraisal of new technologies and their suitability to meet the future needs of the Group.Support the provision of high quality management information to the Senior Technology Management Team on project progress and issues to support ongoing operational planning and delivery of anticipated Technology service improvements.Work closely with colleagues in relation to scoping and evaluation of projects and also with key stakeholders to ensure their requirements are effectively met.Experience listed:Proven experience in working with others to deliver projects, including indirect reports and third party suppliersProven experience of using project planning tools, to effectively manage projectsProven experience of producing progress reports and management information, including making recommendations for changes needed to ensure deliveryProven experience in developing solutions in line with business strategies, whilst meeting business and user needsExcellent communication and understanding of written and spoken EnglishAt Sanctuary there is a low turnover rate of colleagues.
