You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, providing meaningful financial insight, supporting strategic decision-making, and helping to drive continuous improvement initiatives.The position offers a strong blend of financial reporting, analysis, forecasting and business partnering, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their commercial exposure and take the next step in their finance career.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Management Accountant, you will be responsible for:Producing monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reportingPreparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliationsSupporting budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis activitiesDelivering financial analysis and insight to support operational and commercial decision-makingAssisting with month-end and year-end close processesMaintaining strong financial controls and ensuring compliance with internal proceduresBuilding relationships with stakeholders across the business to support performance improvementSupporting audit requirements and statutory reporting processesIdentifying opportunities to improve finance processes and enhance reporting efficiencyAbout YouWe're looking for an ambitious finance professional who is keen to develop within a commercially focused environment.You will ideally have:ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, or be actively studying towards qualificationPrevious experience in a Management Accountant or Assistant Management Accountant roleStrong understanding of management accounts preparation and month-end processesExcellent Excel skills and confidence working with finance systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesThe ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholdersA proactive approach and a desire to improve processesStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesSalary & BenefitsSalary up to £55,000Hybrid working 5days onsiteCompetitive benefits packageModern Leeds office locationExposure to senior stakeholders across the businessOpportunity to develop strong business partnering skillsInvolvement in process improvement and finance transformation initiativesLong-term career development opportunities within a growing international organisationWhy Consider This Opportunity?This role offers the perfect balance between technical accounting and commercial involvement.
