Salary: £40,000 + Company VanLocation: Yorkshire (covering various locations)About the RoleWe are looking for two hands-on Working Supervisor to oversee and carry out works across sites. This role combines practical site work with day-to-day supervision of operatives, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the required standard.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry works to specification.Supervise and support site operatives on site.Monitor quality, productivity and site safety.Coordinate daily site activities and labour requirements.Complete site records and progress updates.Liaise with site management and company stakeholders.Ensure works are delivered to programme and required quality standards.Essential RequirementsValid CSCS Card.Full UK Driving Licence.Previous construction site experience.Experience supervising small teams on site.Competent using hand and power tools.Strong awareness of site health and safety requirements.Ability to work independently and lead by example.Good communication and organisational skills.Own hand toolsFrist aid trainingDesirableSSSTS qualification.Carpentry or joinery background.Experience working on new build or refurbishment projects.Own power tools, SDS, Combi drill etcPackage£40,000 per annum.Company van provided.Fuel card.Company uniform.Pension scheme.Ongoing training and development opportunities.Reporting ToThe Working Supervisor will report directly to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for providing regular updates on site progress, labour requirements, programme delivery and any issues affecting completion of works.TPBN1_UKTJ
