This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment and operations professional who thrives on building high-performing teams, developing talent, and ensuring we have the very best people representing the Rocket Food brand.Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, you'll play a vital role in attracting, recruiting, training and developing our Front of House workforce, helping us maintain our reputation as one of London's leading premium event caterers.What You'll Be DoingLeading the recruitment, onboarding and development of our Front of House event teamsCreating and delivering effective recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre hospitality professionals throughout the yearInterviewing, selecting and hiring staff in line with Rocket Food's values and service standardsManaging staffing requirements across approximately 350 events and 7,000 shifts annuallyBuilding strong relationships with staffing agencies to ensure reliable support during peak periodsManaging staffing systems and software to maximise efficiency, workforce planning and reportingProducing accurate staffing schedules, venue security lists and payroll informationOrganising and delivering engaging training sessions to continuously develop team capabilitySupporting succession planning by identifying and developing future leaders within the Front of House teamWorking closely with Event and Operations Managers to ensure the right people are deployed to the right eventsAttending events to support operations, evaluate team performance and maintain exceptional presentation standardsActing as the first point of contact for Front of House staff, providing guidance and support when neededOrganising staff engagement initiatives and events that strengthen culture, morale and retentionMonitoring staffing performance, gathering feedback and implementing improvements to enhance service deliverySupporting the wider Operations team with event delivery as requiredWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in recruitment, staffing, hospitality operations or workforce managementStrong understanding of high-volume recruitment and workforce planning within a fast-paced environmentA confident and engaging communicator who enjoys building relationships and developing peopleExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExperience using workforce management, scheduling or HR systemsStrong attention to detail with excellent administrative and reporting skillsCommercial awareness with the ability to balance staffing quality, efficiency and profitabilityA proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-makingPassion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences through outstanding peopleKnowledge of employment legislation, payroll processes and staffing compliance requirementsWhy Rocket Food?At Rocket Food, you'll be part of a creative, ambitious and supportive team that genuinely loves what it does.
