Senior Product DesignerReading - Hybrid Working £60k to £90k DOE (open to both Senior and Principal Designers)DXP Talent is looking for a Senior/Principal Product Designer to join a growing business in Reading as they look to continue developing their Saas product range and build as a market leader.This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative and innovation team to own the product's UX and interaction design. This is a single, empowered individual-contributor role. You won't manage a team; your influence comes from craft and judgment. You'll be based in/able to easily get to Reading and work partly in-office with the engineering team,What You Will Own The UX and interaction design of the product, and its coherence as a whole.UX design work end to end, from a problem statement to a well-designed, sellable product.Raising UX quality and UX literacy across the whole product team, through mentorship and review.What We Are Looking For A grounding in human-computer interaction, interaction design, or human factors, rather than a purely visual discipline.An experienced individual contributor who can lead UX design work from a problem statement to a well-designed, sellable product.Intellectual rigor, a strong design process, and the ability to lead with compassion and consensus-building within a team of multidisciplinary experts.Comfort designing dense, information-rich interfaces for expert users.Someone who will quickly establish domain expertise. The users of the products are experts whose careers depend on getting the work right, and they only trust products that demonstrate an understanding of what they do and why.
