Facilities & Property Co-ordinator Central & South RegionLocation: Flexible (Central & South Region regular travel across the region and occasional national travel)Salary: £30,000 £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Monday Friday, with flexible operational support)Industry: Facilities ManagementAbout the RoleAre you a proactive Facilities or Property professional looking to take the next step in your career with a leading financial advice firm?our client is seeking an energetic and organised Facilities & Property Co-ordinator to join our team. Acting as the primary regional contact, you will support the effective operation, maintenance, compliance, and administration of our diverse property portfolio across the Central & South region.This dynamic role blends hands-on operational facilities management, landlord liaison, compliance monitoring, and project coordination. You will work closely with our Head of Facilities and operational business leaders to ensure our offices remain safe, compliant, highly professional, and fit for purpose.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilities Management: Serve as the regional first point of contact for facilities queries, conduct regular site audits, monitor service levels, and coordinate office moves, relocations, and reconfigurations.Property Administration: Assist in managing leasehold properties, monitor key lease events/break dates, liaise with landlords/managing agents, and support property surveys and dilapidations.Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure statutory compliance across all regional offices, coordinate testing and servicing, monitor permits to work, and assist with risk assessments.Contractor & Supplier Management: Coordinate regional service providers, review contractor performance, and enforce site rules and safety policies.Project Support: Assist with office acquisitions, integrations, refurbishments, and fit-out programmes.Administration: Produce regional KPI reports, track facilities budgets, and handle invoice processing.What We Are Looking For (Person Specification)Essential Requirements:Experience: Minimum 3 years in Facilities Management, Property Management, or Workplace Services managing a multi-site regional portfolio.Compliance & Contractor Knowledge: Strong understanding of H&S legislation, managing contractors, CAFM systems, and landlord/managing agent liaisons.Licence: Full UK Driving Licence with a willingness to travel across the region regularly.Qualifications: IOSH Managing Safely (or willingness to obtain within 12 months).Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.Desirable Requirements:IWFM Level 3/4 qualification, NEBOSH General Certificate, or property/project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, APM).Professional membership with IWFM or a related body.TPBN1_UKTJ
