Management Accountant - Part QualifiedManufacturingLocation: WetherbySalary: £40,000- £47,000, plus additional benefitsJob Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the RoleRobert Half are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented part qualified Management Accountant to join a highly successful and growing manufacturing business based in Wetherby. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven finance professional who is looking to develop their experience in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.Working closely with the Head of Finance and the wider operations team, you will support the production of accurate financial reporting, management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, while gaining valuable exposure to the manufacturing sector.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation of monthly management accountsSupport budgeting, forecasting and variance analysisProduce and analyse costings, stock reports and manufacturing performance dataReconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepanciesAssist with accruals, prepayments and journal postingsMonitor inventory movements and support stock accounting processesPartner with operational teams to provide financial insight and support decision-makingHelp improve financial controls, reporting processes and systemsSupport year-end audit and statutory reporting requirementsAbout YouPart-qualified ACCA, CIMA or equivalentPrevious experience in a similar management accountant or assistant accountant roleManufacturing experience is preferredStrong Excel skills and confidence working with financial systemsGood analytical skills with strong attention to detailAble to work to deadlines in a busy environmentProactive, organised and eager to learnStrong communication skills with the ability to work across finance and operations teamsWhat's on OfferCompetitive basic salary £40,000 - £47,000Opportunity to develop within a supportive finance teamExposure to a dynamic manufacturing environmentA range if additional benefitsClear progression opportunitiesHybrid work model in place after completion of the 6 months probation periodRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
