As a growing and dynamic company, we pride ourselves on our knowledgeable team, supportive culture, and commitment to excellence in everything we do.Overview of the Role:As the Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the premises, ensuring that the space is always presented to the highest standard. Duties include the management of a small sales team, providing advice on suitability and design to clients, raising quotations and invoices, taking payments, problem solving and sales aftercare. As well as maintaining gold standard customer service through out all operations within the showroom across the team.Key Responsibilities:Management of small sales teamWelcoming customers to the showroom and building relationship with clientsProviding advice on suitability, sizing, pricing whilst showcasing a natural flair for interiorsCreating quotations, processing payments, arranging deliveries, and providing outstanding after sales serviceAbility to problem solveManagement of the showroom diary and appointments onlineUpdating the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activitySkills & ExperienceEssentials and DesirablesExcellent customer service skills and outstanding time management and organisation skills are essentialThe confidence to start up face to face conversations with customers in the showroom, being able to engage and be a brilliant communicatorThe ability to write clear, concise emailsCommercially minded and a proven ability to demonstrate driving salesKeen passion for Career Personal DevelopmentA background in design/interiors/creative industryExceptional attention to detailEnthusiastic and hands on - this is a busy, fast-paced companyA team player - someone who is always happy to help, is not afraid to get their hands dirty and has a genuine interest in meeting peopleExperience of using your own initiative and anticipating future needsProficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products (with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint and Word )Strong interpersonal skillsHigh end retail experienceExperience in Construction industryTravel Requirements:Occasional travel between showroom and other company sites is required.
