This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys coordinating repairs, managing contractors, and keeping essential services running smoothly.About the Role:As a Reactive Maintenance Co ordinator, you will be the central point of contact for all reactive maintenance issues across the council's estate. You'll log, prioritise, and allocate jobs, ensuring that repairs are completed efficiently and in line with service standards.Key Responsibilities: Log and manage reactive maintenance requests through the FM helpdesk systemCoordinate contractors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of worksMonitor job progress and follow up on outstanding tasksMaintain accurate records within the CAFM systemCommunicate with staff and stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectationsEscalate urgent or high risk issues where requiredAbout You: We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:Strong organisational and multitasking skillsExperience in facilities coordination or maintenance administrationExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesConfidence using FM systems or ticketing platformsA proactive, solution focused approach to problem solvingAbout Us:For nearly 60 years, Pertemps Recruitment Partnership has excelled in providing both permanent and temporary staffing solutions.
