Do you thrive on improving processes, working behind thescenes with business systems, and supporting multiple teams in a fast-pacedenvironment?We're recruiting on behalf of a growing, international professional servicesorganisation looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Business SupportAdministrator to become an integral part of their UK team.This is far more than a traditional administration role. You'll play a key partin supporting business operations, maintaining and improving internal systems,streamlining processes, and ensuring the business operates efficiently acrossmultiple departments.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING* Providing day-to-day business and administrative support across theorganisation.* Managing travel arrangements, meetings, bookings and office administration.* Taking ownership of CRM and internal business systems, ensuring recordsremain accurate and up to date.* Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of back-end systems andprocesses to improve efficiency.* Producing reports and analysing data to support business decisions.* Working closely with Business Development, Marketing and HR to provideadministrative support.* Assisting with recruitment administration, onboarding and employeeinductions.* Coordinating suppliers and maintaining office resources.* Supporting internal projects, including sustainability and businessimprovement initiatives.* Identifying opportunities to automate, simplify and improve administrativeprocesses.ABOUT YOUWe're looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving and is naturally curiousabout how systems and processes can be improved.You'll ideally have:* Previous experience within a Business Support, Office Administration orOperations role.* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.* Experience using CRM, HR or other business management systems.* Confidence working with the back end of systems, maintaining data accuracyand improving workflows.* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiplepriorities.* A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and findingsmarter ways of working.* Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholdersacross different departments.* High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential informationprofessionally.WHAT'S ON OFFER* Salary of £30,000 - £35,000* Annual performance bonus* 5% employer pension contribution* Private healthcare* Life assurance* 26 days annual leave, plus your birthday and work anniversary off* Employee Assistance Programme* Ongoing training, coaching and career development* A collaborative and supportive working environment with genuine opportunitiesto developIf you're someone who enjoys combining administration with technology, systems,and process improvement, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today to find out more about this exciting opportunity.TPBN1_UKTJ
