Finance Admin Specialist (fixed term)

In this position you will have overall responsibility for the management of automotive contract account finance.How you create impact Control of the FSL for automotive contracts.Control of all customer billing.Administration of all incoming purchase invoices upload and logging.Control all elements of self billing requirements liaising with all central finance and control tower teams.Assist Control tower department with management of customer information requirements.Management of KPIs for all admin/finance aspects of contracts.Work with Manager to ensure all Company Policies and procedures are adhered to.Providing a support system for Managers in respect of Finance with Key accounts.Identify any anomalies within this task and highlight to Manager.Complete any other identified tasks as instructed by Manager.What we would like you to bring Knowledge of the freight industry is an advantage as well as background in accounts.Be disciplined, self-motivated, and willing to take a hands-on approach.Have good communication skills.Work well as part of a team.Communicate clearly and effectively.Be able to manage your workload efficiently.Set and manage expectations appropriately.What's in it for you If you would like to become a valued member of our team, we will make sure that youre rewarded for your commitment and expertise.
