Technical Project Manager | Teesside | Up to £45,000 (DOE, flexible for the right person)We're a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Teesside, and we're on the hunt for a Technical Project Manager to help us keep pace with our expansion. If you love bringing order to complex technical projects and can talk confidently with engineers and clients, we want to hear from you.The Role:You'll own the delivery of technical projects from scoping through to handover, infrastructure rollouts, cloud migrations, network upgrades, security implementations, and everything in between. We need someone who understands the tech well enough to ask the right questions, spot risk early, and keep both engineers and clients on the same page.What you'll be doing:Managing end-to-end delivery of technical projects, planning, resourcing, budgeting, risk management, and client communicationWorking closely with engineering teams to translate technical scope into deliverable project plansActing as the key point of contact for clients throughout project lifecyclesCoordinating third-party vendors and suppliers where requiredKeeping projects on time, on budget, and on scope, and communicating clearly when they're notContributing to continuous improvement of our project delivery processes as we scaleWhat We're Looking ForEssential:Proven track record of end-to-end delivery of technical/IT projects , ideally within an MSP, IT services, or similar technical environmentSolid working knowledge of core IT infrastructure: networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, switching), servers, cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, and/or AWS), and virtualisationConfident using project management methodologies and tools (Prince2, Agile, or similar, PSA/PM tools such as ConnectWise, Autotask, or Monday.com a bonus)Strong stakeholder management skills, equally comfortable in a technical huddle or a client boardroomExcellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple concurrent projectsBased in or commutable to TeessideDesirable:Relevant certifications (Prince2 Practitioner, PMP, ITIL, or similar)Background in cyber security, cloud migration, or telecoms projectsExperience managing budgets and commercial project reportingWhat's On OfferSalary up to £45,000 , with flexibility for the right candidateA genuinely growing business with real opportunities for career progressionA supportive, close-knit team that values technical curiosityThe chance to shape project delivery processes as we scaleTPBN1_UKTJ
