This is a senior leadership role offering strong earning potential, excellent support and the opportunity to drive quality and occupancy within a respected care setting.\n
The role\n
\nAs Care Home Manager (Residential Care), you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance and compliance of the home, ensuring high standards of person-centred care and operational excellence.\n
\n Key responsibilities include:\n

• Providing clear leadership to the team, creating a positive and supportive culture focused on resident wellbeing
\n
• Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and working towards high inspection ratings
\n
• Managing budgets effectively to achieve financial targets and control costs
\n
• Driving occupancy through local marketing, networking and relationship building
\n
• Building strong relationships with residents, families and external professionals
\n
• Leading, developing and supporting a multi-disciplinary team to deliver consistent care standards
\n

Skills and experience To be successful as a Care Home Manager (Residential Care), you will have:\n

• Proven experience managing a residential or nursing home setting
\n
• Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks
\n
• A track record of achieving good or outstanding inspection outcomes
\n
• Commercial awareness with experience improving occupancy and financial performance
\n
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams
\n
